Jems Construction Company was founded in February 2002 by its owner and president, Jesus Mendez. Mr. Mendez has years of experience in the construction industry. We are based in Woodbridge, VA, but we provide services to a large area, including Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Delaware.
